MY JOURNEY
(SYNOPSIS)
It is a journey of a girl to a woman. The protaganist is Sunita a lower middle class girl from the villlage of Nepal.
Suraj a well know businessman visits her village for official work. Here he meets Sunita and falls in love with her, they gets married.
He takes her home, at first his family doesn't accept her but in the end they do. Sunita is been tortured.
After two months Suraj leaves home on work for one month. Sunita is pregnant, goes to the hospital for test and finds that she has Aids. She is thrown out of the house.
She goes to a village and stays in a hut in the temple courtyard. She give birth to son. He grows up and starts going to school.
One day he meets with an accident, Sunita doesn't allows the Doctor to touch her son. In the hospital she comes to know that she doesn't have Aids.
She goes back to Suraj but he doesn't accept her. The lady Doctor decides to bring sunita and her son to USA. Being a single mother what difficulty she faces rasing her son.
Suraj comes to US unknowning that Sunita is here. Suddenly he meets an with an Accident and the same doctor is taking care of him. We come to know that Suraj has aids now. He regrets what he had done to Sunita.
What happens after that ? How aids changes our lives. You have to come to the theatre to witness it.
